Pastor-Reverend Rufus T. Cash
Rufus heard the call about 8-10 years ago (he can't really remember exactly). This converstion was nothing less than a divine miracle, in a manner similar to the Apostle Paul (from the Bible). Before hearing the call Rufus lived a 'rock'n roll' life style.
During this dark-sided time period of his life Rufus was a back up bassist for Foghat (he quit the band because a roadie tried to get queer with him), front man for a up and coming rock band that was on the verge of a major record deal (the record executive tried to get queer with him so the deal was a no-go) and was a Tight End for a USFL football team (he left when they wouldn't let him play Defensive Back and after the coach tried to get queer with him).
After that Rufus just drank and was a whoremonger and he made his living by playing poker in what was to beomce the forerunner to today's professional poker tour. He also hustled old white men out of their money by betting on games of golf (Rufus is a scratch golfer). But then the Lord tapped Rufus on the shoulder and told him to be a preacher.
And now, thanks to Divine Intervention Rufus is bringing you the word of God directly from the mouth of God (Rufus talks with the Lord on a daily basis).
